Between the 1st and 14th of April the victim left their scooter in a charging area in a residential area on Havelock Av S in North Perth. When the victim went to retrieve the scooter, they found it had been stolen. The scooter is described as a Daymak Rickshaw King with three wheels. Its dark blue in colour and has a Batman sticker on the front.
