On February 4th between 4 and 7:30pm a someone stole a black Norco bicycle from a Pebble Beach Parkway, South Huron address. The bike is a hybrid, lower centre bar, two rear saddle bags, splash guard mounted to the lower frame, special locking wheel nuts, and flash flight mounts.
